Sabayon presents an exclusive wine dinner in collaboration with Milawa, showcasing the legendary wines of Vega Sicilia alongside Oremus and Macán. The evening will feature distinguished vintages, including Valbuena 2019, Unico 2014, and Tokaj Aszú 3 Puttonyos 2018, thoughtfully paired with a specially curated menu designed by Chef de Cuisine Steve Ariffin.
Guiding the experience is award-winning sommelier César Román, honoured as Best Sommelier by Gault & Millau 2015, who will share insights into these remarkable wines throughout the evening.
