Inspired by Malaysia’s culinary heritage, the contemporary menu reimagines local flavours through elegant dishes, including Curried Duck Rillettes, Scallop with singgang, Confit Stingray with ginger flower, and roasted pumpkin with gula Melaka and coconut.
