Our six-month collaboration with master winemakers Penfolds is a chance to deep-dive into the delights of a beautiful meal perfectly paired with wines selected to intensify and accentuate the flavours of the food. From amuse bouches made with the finest Malaysian produce to courses of finesse and creativity, the selected Bin series of wines will elevate the dining experience. To further enhance the experience, Penfolds’ Icon and Luxury range wines will also be available by the glass, courtesy of Coravin technology, which was created to ensure the continued quality of wine.
The five-course meal includes a choice of capon, lamb or tiger grouper entrée, and is priced at RM748+ per person. Parties of four up to eight will have the additional privilege of dining in Sabayon’s semi-private room, making the collaboration period the perfect time to plan appreciation dinners or celebrations.
