On 5 November, Sky51 welcomes Christyne Lee, Principal Bartender at Tess Bar & Kitchen, Singapore, for a one-night guest shift featuring The Macallan.

Originally from Ipoh, Perak, Christyne began her bartending journey at Jigger & Pony before spending seven years helping shape Tess’s bar identity. Named Singapore’s Bartender of the Year at the World Gourmet Summit 2022, she brings precise technique and a personal approach to flavour to every pour.

Explore creations including the Taro Fizz, pairing The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old with yam cordial and citrus, and the Chestnut Old Fashioned, combining brown butter and chestnut with vermouth and chocolate bitters. For a playful twist, try the Peanut Butter Jelly Highball, featuring The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old, smoky peanut liqueur and Kyoho liqueur.
