The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old finds unexpected company at EQ. Fragrant botanicals and distinctive local flavours bring a fresh perspective to the single malt, with signature cocktails served at Sky51 and Bottega.

Above the city, Sky51 presents four creations: The Velvet Cask, Jasmine Éclat, Osmanthus Reverie and Pandan Bloom. From the caramel depth of gula apong to the warmth of Bentong ginger, each draws out a different side of the whisky.

At Bottega, savour The Velvet Cask or Pandan Bloom. The former combines crème de cacao, chocolate bitters and gula apong for a rich, rounded finish. The latter pairs fragrant pandan with St-Germain for a lighter, floral expression.

The Macallan Double Cask and Sherry Oak expressions are also available by the bottle at both venues. Find your favourite pour and let the evening unfold over cocktails and conversation.
