Designed for high-level meetings and C-Suites, Forum features a purpose-built layout with a permanent boardroom set-up in a hollow round table seating configuration, accommodating up to 18 persons. Sink into comfortable, ergonomic leather chairs and stay productive with individual charging ports at every seat, ensuring personal devices are always fully charged. A 70” LED TV is integrated into the room, with the option for an LCD projector and a larger, portable screen if needed.

 

Adorned in elegant earthen hues with vibrant plush carpeting, it creates a sophisticated atmosphere for business meetings. Full-height windows allow abundant natural daylight to flood the room, complemented by an oculus, providing even more illumination. Electronically retractable blackout shades are available for presentations, maintaining versatility. The room boasts a comfortable ceiling height of 3.4 metres, providing a spacious feel.

 

Conveniently connected is Caucus, serving as a versatile extension of Forum, ideal for breakout sessions, VIP holding, or private discussions. Indulge in refreshments and coffee break menus meticulously crafted by our dedicated culinary team, ensuring quality and freshness with every sip and bite. Equipped with a 70” LED TV, Caucus is also suitable for branding or presentations.

 

Forum and Caucus are located on Level 3 and are easily accessible via guest lifts from the lobby and basement car park.

DIAMOND BALLROOM

It's no doubt Malaysia's most eye-catching grand ballroom! An architectural virtuoso performance outside and in that's guaranteed to dazzle your guests. The pillarless, two-level Diamond Ballroom seats up to 510 banquet diners. With a super large LED wall, state-of-the-art A/V suite, and versatile configuration options.

SAPPHIRE

Meet with flexibility with this versatile collection of three individual event spaces, comprising Sapphire 1, 2 and 3. As with all of EQ’s event venues, functionality is key, with the rooms being able to be used separately or as a combination of Sapphire 2 and 3 together. These spacious venues accommodate from 16 to 200 persons in varying configurations.

CONSERVATORY

An enchanting event venue modelled after a glasshouse, the Conservatory features full-height windows overlooking the garden, offering abundant natural daylight during the day and a mesmerising view of the city lights in the evening.
