With approximately 130 sqm of usable space each, Sapphire 1 or 2 comfortably accommodates up to five round tables or 50 persons in a banquet setup and 64 persons in a theatre-style configuration. The rooms boast a generous ceiling height of 4.3m, enhancing the sense of spaciousness. Equipped with a built-in 3,500 ANSI lumens LCD projector and screen, Sapphire 1 and 2 ensure the convenience of meeting guests.
Being the largest of the three venues, Sapphire 3 comprises 235 sqm of space and increases to 365 sqm when combined with Sapphire 2. It similarly features an expansive ceiling height of 4.3m. The neutral tones of this space, paired with the high ceiling and natural daylight, create a warm yet elegant ambience. Sapphire 3 is conveniently equipped with a built-in 5,200 ANSI lumens LCD projector and screen. In addition, Sapphire 3 also features a natural inflow of daylight, making this venue particularly conducive to daytime meetings. On its own, Sapphire 3 accommodates 100 persons in a banquet setup and seats 130 persons or 13 round tables when combined with Sapphire 2.
The location of Sapphire 1, 2 and 3 on Level 1 makes them ideal as breakout rooms for plenary sessions held at the Diamond Ballroom, which is located on the same level. For high-security groups, entrances to EQ are metal detector-ready at both points of entry, which are from Jalan Perak and Jalan Sultan Ismail. The spacious porte cochère at the main entrance also conveniently allows up to two coaches to drop off and pick up delegates at the hotel.
Sapphire 1, 2 and 3 are directly accessible from the basement car park entrance and via guest lifts from the Hotel Lobby.
