Mohd Nor Fazryne, better known as Boy Fazy, is EQ’s talented Head Mixologist who has carved out a bit of a reputation for himself as an innovator in the world of spirits. His time at some of KL’s most renowned nightspots has made him known around town for his edgy presentations, inventive combinations, and seemingly boundless beverage expertise. With over a decade of experience under his belt, he’s just about seen it all. Today, as we share a couple of glasses, he lets us into his singularly captivating world.

Kuala Lumpur, 2 August 2024 – The Sabayon x Penfolds collaboration at EQ will bring together one of the world’s most notable wine brands and one of Kuala Lumpur’s most prolific restaurants. Beginning 19 June 2024, the six-month collaboration will feature a special prix fixe five-course menu designed by Sabayon’s talented Chef de Cuisine Steve Ariffin, who paired each course with a stellar Penfolds wine list.
