Begin with Kurma Tempura, where lightly battered dates are fried to a delicate golden crisp, preserving their natural sweetness. Then, savour the Tori Gyoza, pan-seared for a refined crunch with a succulent, well-seasoned filling, followed by Kani Cream Korokke — lightly crisp on the outside with a silky crab cream filling. An aromatic Sakura Ebi Fried Rice follows, delivering fragrant, perfectly seasoned grains crowned with crunchy sakura shrimp, before concluding on a serene note with Matcha Pudding.
